*Been using the Roland Hocking (RH) BJSP198L Black Jack rod for a few years now, mainly for boat use. Caught many species matched up with the RH GK4000 reel and 20 lb braid. Awesome set up, performs well. Combo has lasted with no corrosion to reel. The combo has performed above its specs. Unfortunately broke the tip and rod is now my salmon/metal lure setup with a new end guide. So impressed with Roland Hocking I will purchase another combo to match my Veritas for, whiting, squid, etc.
